Horticare and Associates Warranty

All workmanship and non-living installed material for a period of one year. All plant material i.e. trees, shrubs, groundcover and sod that is installed with a working sprinkler system will have a one year limited warranty. Plant material will not be replaced under the following conditions:  (1) Too much water.
(2) Insufficient water.  (3) Acts of vandalism, theft or abuse.
(4) Acts of nature i.e. excessive drought, erosion, heat or freezing conditions. (5) Plant material installed by others.

Horticare & Associates, Inc. warranties plant material without a sprinkler system for a period of 30 days after installation, (with proper care). Horticare & Associates, Inc. will be the final judge on whether or not a plant will be replaced. Horticare & Associates, Inc. will only warranty the original installed plant for defects, and not the replacement plant.

Horticare & Associates is not responsible for repair of underground utilities (damaged during construction) that are not marked by Arkansas One Call Service. The owner will be responsible for unmarked utilities such as irrigation, electricity and drainage. If Horticare & Associates does uncover or damage any said utilities the owner will be notified of any problems before proceeding.

Horticare & Associates does not have extra money in bids for any unforeseen damages. Upon completion of the project the owner will be instructed on how to care for and water plants. Please contact Horticare & Associates with any questions concerning plant care.
